This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) aims to inform customers, potential buyers or visitors on our website www.makarska.rent (hereinafter – Falco) about the processing purposes and the legal basis for lawful processing of personal data.

When using the Seller’s website after any changes or additions, the user confirms he agrees to the changes or additions. Personal data

The Processor collects only those personal data that are relevant and necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are processed.

Purpose of personal data processing

The Processor collects and processes your personal data for the purpose of communicating with you in order to provide our services and answer your questions. This category primarily includes a response via the contact form and further informing the user on business opportunities if the user is interested and gives his consent for further communication.

Storage of your personal data

  1. The Processor will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for.
  2. The Processor processes all personal data on a lawful basis and retains them for a legally specified period of time.
  3. The Processor processes all personal data on the basis of the consent of the individual and retains them until the withdrawal of the consent. But if the purpose of the personal data has been achieved, then they are deleted by the Processor before the withdrawal of the consent of the individual.

At the end of the retention period, personal data are effectively and permanently deleted or anonymized by the Controller so that they can no longer be linked to a specific individual.

Notification to the supervisory authority in the case of data breach

  1. In the case of a personal data breach, the Controller shall notify this to the supervisory authority competent unless the breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
  2. If a criminal offence is suspected in case of a violation of Personal Data protection, the Controller will immediately notify the police or the competent prosecutor’s office.
  3. If a high risk violation of Personal Data protection occurs involving the rights and liberties of individuals whose Personal Data we process, the Processsor will inform the individual of such violation without any undue delay. The notice to the individual must be written in clear and plain language.
